Online Ticket Sales Policies
Refund Policy
• There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. All sales are final.
• Shipping charges & facility fees are non-refundable.
• The North Atlanta Trade Center is not responsible for tickets ordered but not picked up at will call. By agreeing
to these terms purchasers waive their right to a refund for tickets not picked up at will call.
Privacy Policy
• The North Atlanta Trade Center does not store or collect any credit card or payment information, and
will never share any of your personal information with a third party.
Delivery Policy
• Tickets ordered online up to one week before the event can be mailed to the billing address for a $1.00 mailing fee. If you would
like your tickets mailed, please select the appropriate tickets during checkout.
• If you have selected to have your tickets mailed to you, be aware that they can only be mailed to the billing address on
your credit card.
• Tickets can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
• Tickets ordered the week of the event may only be picked up at will call.
• All will call tickets ordered online may be picked up at will call on the day of the event, and will be
available for pickup at the North Atlanta Trade Center during business hours five days prior to the event.
• You will need to bring a picture ID, a printed copy of your receipt, and the credit card you used to purchase the
tickets to will call in order to pick up your tickets. Only the cardholder can pick up the tickets.
